Table and Cabinet Warranty

VTEG Solid Wood provides a two (2) year warranty (24 months) for tables and cabinets only, commencing from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

The warranty does not cover the following circumstances:

  • Furniture that has been altered, modified, reupholstered, or repaired by any party other than Vteg Solidwood or its authorised service providers.
  • Scratches, dents, stains, or other damage resulting from normal wear and tear during regular use.
  • Minor cracks, natural wood movement, knots, grain variations, or slight colour changes due to the natural characteristics and ageing process of solid wood.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, or inadequate maintenance.
  • Damage caused by environmental factors such as prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive moisture, heat sources, or significant fluctuations in temperature and humidity.
  • Minor warping, bending, or movement of wood caused by natural environmental changes.
  • Replacement of non-defective components. For example, if a furniture item consists of multiple parts and only one component is found to be defective, only the defective component will be repaired or replaced.
  • Products purchased from resellers or retailers who are not authorised distributors of VTEG Solid Wood.
  • Furniture used for commercial, rental, or non-residential purposes unless otherwise specified.

Natural Wood Characteristics

Our furniture is crafted from natural solid wood. Variations in wood grain, colour tone, texture, knots, and other natural markings are inherent characteristics of the material and are not considered defects. Slight expansion, contraction, or movement of the wood may also occur due to environmental conditions.

Wooden Blind Warranty

Wooden blinds are covered by a three (3) month warranty for the rope mechanism only, starting from the date of delivery. If the rope breaks within the warranty period, customers may contact our customer service team to arrange for a replacement rope and receive installation instructions.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team (WhatsApp +60 11-2095 6130) with your order number and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. Our team will review the request and advise on the next steps.

Warranty Limitation

This warranty covers repair or replacement of defective components only and does not include transportation, installation, or service charges unless otherwise agreed by VTEG Solid Wood.

Product Care

Solid wood furniture should be kept away from excessive moisture, direct sunlight, and extreme temperature changes, as these conditions may cause natural expansion, contraction, or discoloration of the wood over time. To better maintain the appearance and longevity of your furniture, regular care is recommended. We advise periodically applying suitable wood oil or wood care products and using a gentle wood cleaner to remove dust and surface residue. Appropriate wood maintenance products, including wood oils and cleaners, are available for purchase through our website. Proper care will help preserve the natural beauty and durability of your solid wood furniture.
