Welcome to the Vteg Solid Wood website (“Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including any purchases of products offered through the Site.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site or purchase any products from it.

1. Website Usage Rules
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes, including browsing products, placing orders, or contacting us.
You agree not to:

- interfere with the operation or security of the Site
- misuse the Site in any way that could damage our business or disrupt other users
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site if these Terms are violated.
Users must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Product Information Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing on the Site are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
Due to differences in photography and screen displays, the colors and finishes of products may appear slightly different from the actual item. As our furniture is crafted from natural solid wood, variations in wood grain, color tone, natural markings, and minor dimensional differences are normal characteristics of the material and should not be considered defects. Please also note that images are not shown to scale, and colors may vary depending on individual monitor resolution. All product information is provided “as is” without guarantees of completeness or absolute accuracy.
In the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price or inaccurate information due to typographical errors or mistakes in pricing or product details, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such items. This right applies regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or the credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and the order is subsequently cancelled, a credit will be issued to your account for the amount charged. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible at vtegsolidwoodfurniture@gmail.com and provide your order number for reference.
VTEG Solid Wood will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. VTEG Solid Wood also reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or potentially fraudulent. Any fraudulent transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Vteg Solid Wood furniture is custom-made to your specifications, with a typical delivery window of 2-6 weeks. Please note that this timeframe is approximate and may be extended due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances. When you place your order, we will provide an estimated delivery date, and you will be notified promptly if there are any delays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing the shipping details.

Deliveries will be made to the address provided during checkout, and the delivery times are estimates only, as they may vary based on production schedules, logistics, or location. Ownership and risk for the products transfer to the customer upon delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location has adequate access, including doorways, stairways, and elevators, to accommodate the furniture.
Vteg Solid Wood currently does not offer standard international shipping. Customers located outside Malaysia who are interested in placing an order may contact us directly to discuss possible arrangements. 6. Self Pickup
Self-pickup is available only for orders within Malaysia. Customers who wish to collect their orders must arrange a pickup appointment (WhatsApp +60 11-2095 6130) with us in advance so that we can prepare the items prior to collection. Pickup appointments are available from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, excluding Selangor state public holidays.

Customers will be contacted once their order is ready for collection. Please ensure that a pickup appointment has been confirmed before arriving at the location.
7. Custom Orders
Custom orders, including items made to specific dimensions, finishes, or designs, are produced according to the customer’s specifications. For custom orders:
- Full payment is required before production begins
- Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded
- Design specifications must be reviewed and approved before production
- Any approved modifications after confirmation may incur additional charges and may extend production timelines
Natural variations in solid wood are inherent characteristics and are not considered defects.
Inspection and Acceptance of Delivery
Upon delivery, the customer or an authorized representative must check the items and the surrounding area for any visible damage or irregularities before the delivery personnel leave the premises. If any issues are identified, they must be reported immediately to the delivery team and recorded on the delivery receipt. Signing the delivery receipt confirms that the customer has received the items in satisfactory condition at the time of delivery. Vteg Solidwood reserves the right to reject any claims related to damage or discrepancies that were not documented on the delivery receipt during the delivery process.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vteg Solid Wood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Site or the purchase or use of our products.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
9. Indemnification
By using this Site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless VTEG Solid Wood, including its owners, employees, and affiliates, from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal expenses that may arise from your use of the website. This includes, but is not limited to, any misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms and Conditions, breach of any applicable laws or regulations, or the submission of any content, information, or materials through the Site. By agreeing to these terms, you accept responsibility for any resulting costs, claims, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that may arise from such actions.
