Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
Tables & Wooden Blinds
Return and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. As a general policy, returns and refunds are not encouraged. However, customers may contact our WhatsApp customer service (+60 11-2095 6130) within seven (7) days of receiving the product to submit an inquiry, together with clear photos and videos of the item for assessment.
If you encounter any issues after using the product for some time, you may still contact our customer service team for consultation and further assistance.
Product: Tables
If a return or exchange is approved, we will arrange for a technician or driver to collect the table from your residence. Prior to collection, the table must remain in its original condition and free from any damage.
Product: Wooden Blinds
Returned blinds must be in their original packaging and must not show any signs of use or damage.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) working days.
Exchange Process for Tables and Wooden Blinds:
Tables
If both parties agree to proceed with a return or exchange after discussion with customer service, we will arrange for a driver to handle the replacement. As logistics arrangements require coordination between multiple parties, customers are kindly requested to allow our customer service team time to organize the necessary arrangements.
Wooden Blinds
Replacements are generally arranged through logistics delivery. Depending on the circumstances and location, faulty or damaged blinds may be replaced directly without an exchange process. In certain cases, delivery may be arranged through Lalamove or our internal logistics network. For higher-value items, a pickup arrangement may be scheduled.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made furniture, made-to-order items, and clearance products are not eligible for return or refund.
