1. Warranty Policy

All VTEG Solid Wood’s tables come with a 2-years warranty, effective from the date of delivery. This warranty covers either the replacement of the table with a new one or the repair of the existing table, determined on a case-by-case basis. Please note that only one exchange is allowed during the warranty period.

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Furniture that has been reupholstered or repaired by any party other than VTEG Solid Wood or its authorised third parties.
  • Scratches or damage that occurs during regular use of the product.
  • Minor cracks or slight colour changes due to the ageing of natural solid wood.
  • Damage to solid wood pieces due to misuse or improper care, such as exposure to
    direct sunlight or humidity fluctuations.
  • Minor bending of the wood due to temperature and humidity variations.
  • Replacement of non-defective components within the furniture. For example, if you
    purchase a piece of furniture with multiple components and only one is defective,
    only the defective component will be replaced.
  • Furniture purchased from resellers who are not VTEG’s authorised retailers.

 

2. Replacement and Repair Policy

All products and deposits are non-refundable. However, VTEG’s Solid Wood Tables can be exchanged within 30 days if there are any product defects. Defects must be reported within 7 days upon product’s delivery, after this period, the product will be considered as defect free. This ensures that any issues are addressed in a timely manner, maintaining the integrity of our products and services.

To qualify for a replacement, you must provide evidence of the defects and communicate with our customer service team. Upon receipt of the provided evidence, we will fully examine it to determine if the defect qualifies for a replacement or repair, and guide you through the following procedures.

Please be aware that any defects caused by the client, such as scratches or other damages, are not covered under our replacement and repair policy. If you notice any scratches or damage caused during daily use of the table, we are pleased to offer our exclusive re-sanding and re-varnishing services for all VTEG’s Solid Wood tables at an additional cost.

 

3. Shipping Policy

VTEG Solid Wood Table Shipping Policy. We strive to ensure a seamless delivery and installation experience for our customers. Here are the details of our shipping policy:

Shipping Rates
We offer a delivery fee of RM 100 and an additional installation service fee of RM 50 for all clients within the Klang Valley area (except for Rawang area)

For customers located in other areas or states, delivery and installation services will be quoted based on the specific delivery location. Kindly reach out to us for a personalised quote tailored to your address.

Shipping Address
Shipping will be carried out to the address provided by the client at the time of invoice generation. Should you need to change the delivery address, kindly inform our service team at least two weeks prior to the scheduled delivery. This will allow us to smoothly rearrange the shipping for you.

If the delivery address is beyond the Klang Valley (excluding the Rawang area), additional charges will apply based on the specific location.

We emphasise the importance of providing accurate delivery details and reachable contact number, as we will not be held liable for any losses or consequences arising from incorrect delivery addresses provided by the client.

Shipping Time
Since most of our products are made to order, we request that you inform us of your desired delivery date 3 weeks in advance upon confirmation of your order. For ready-stock products, we are able to ship within 1-2 weeks upon order confirmation. This allows us to carefully craft and prepare your solid wood table to meet our high standards and your expectations. Thank you for purchasing with us!
